Deborah Emmanuel was born in 1988 and has been staging as a poet, a performer and a musician in Singapore and at international festivals. She published two books of poetry: “When I Giggle In My Sleep” (2015) and “Genesis Visual Poetry Collection” (2018), as well as the volume of prose “Rebel Rites” (2016). With kindly support of the German Foreign Office, she was house guest at LCB in October 2019.
Deborah Emmanuel, 1988 geboren, ist als Lyrikerin, Performerin und Musikerin in Singapur und auf internationalen Festivals hervorgetreten. Zwei Gedichtbände liegen vor: »When I Giggle In My Sleep« (2015) und »Genesis Visual Poetry Collection« (2018), dazu der Prosaband »Rebel Rites« (2016). Mit freundlicher Unterstützung des Auswärtigen Amts war sie Hausgast im LCB im Oktober 2019.
