Isabel Tallysha-Soares is a German-born Portuguese author, blogger and youtuber. Her novels “Eu, do Nada” (2014), “Da Gaveta” (2017) and “O Homem Manso” (2018) are published by the major Portuguese editorial group. Recently she has signed with British publisher Wrecking Ball the release in English of her début novel “I, from Nothing”. Besides, Tallysha-Soares leads a YouTube channel, House of Tallysha, devoted to mini-documentaries focusing on travels, books, writers and the promotion of projects and people worth knowing. Besides, Soares is an Associate professor at Universidade de Lisboa. She is a founding member of the International Association for Literary Journalism Studies.
